All items will be shipped via the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service to ensure safe and timely delivery of your purchase.
At this time we only offer shipping to UK Mainland addresses.
We will typically process orders within 1-2 working days but depending on how busy we are online and in-store this can vary.
Once we have dispatched your order, you will receive email notification confirming your Royal Mail tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the Royal Mail website.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances outside of our control, such as postal delays.
In the event that your order does not arrive within the time quoted, please contact us at move@kinisirunhub.co.uk or 0117 363 5944 within 10 days from date of posting and we will raise an enquiry with Royal Mail. In order to help you, we ask that you please keep us updated.
Should your order still not arrive after 10 days from date of posting then we can initiate an investigation with Royal Mail. Once this process has been confirmed and finalised then we would be able to send a replacement or refund.

Returns
Due to the specialist nature of our products we understand the importance of a correct fit and sometimes you will need to return items to us.
You can return an item that is faulty, doesnโt fit or is just not for you, provided it is unused and in its original condition with proof of purchase. Please note we treat faulty items separately (see section below).
At this time we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Our website continual updates stock availability however as our availability changes daily, if you want a different size or item, we recommend you place a new order for the alternative item as soon as possible and return the original order for a refund.
Returns Policy
You have 28 calendar days from the date of delivery to return your item(s).
To be eligible for return, the items must be unused, in their original condition and in the original packaging with all tags/labels attached. Please also provide proof of purchase (either a paper receipt or online order confirmation).
To return an item, please email us at move@kinisirunhub.co.uk and provide your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and issue you a return authorisation with instructions on how to return your item(s). Please securely package the item(s) and include a note with your name and order number. Send it back to us at the following address:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. We strongly recommend using a tracked returns service to ensure your return reaches us safely and should anything go wrong you have postal insurance.
Refunds
If you return your item(s) to our store, we can process your refund immediately.
If you return your item(s) by post, we will review your return and notify you via email that we have received your item(s) and the status of your refund.
Please note that accepted returns are refunded to your original method of payment and you will receive credit within a certain amount of days depending on the payment method. If you ordered multiple items and are only return some of them, then we will only refund the cost of the item(s) being returned.
Faulty Items
We carefully inspect every item prior to dispatch, however if you find a fault or your item is not as described, please email us at move@kinisirunhub.co.uk to describe the issue and include your order number and a photo of the item.
You can also call us on 0117 363 5944 to discuss the fault and we will advise the best way to deal with your issue.
We will review your request and may request additional photos showing the fault. Occasionally, we may seek a second opinion from the product manufacturer.
Depending on the nature of the fault and the time since purchase, we may be able to accept the item for either a refund or exchange.
Provided we agree to your item being faulty, you can follow the returns process outlined above and we will cover postage.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are excluded from our returns policy, unless faulty or not as described:
- Underwear, including sports bras
- Nutrition and hydration products
- Gift cards

Cancellations
Should you place an order and change your mind, we may be able to cancel your order.
Please phone us as soon as you can on 0117 363 5944 and provided your order has not been dispatched we should be able to cancel your order. Please also email us at move@kinisirunhub.co.uk so that we have a record of the cancellation.
If we can cancel your order, we will refund it immediately to your original method of payment and you will receive credit within a certain amount of days depending on the payment method. Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to fully process.
