You book a 30 minute appointment ensuring we have plenty of time to get to know you, analyse your movement and trial a selection of shoes that will help you enjoy your best run.

However, we also understand that fit and visuals are important, so will always recommend multiple options allowing you to select the best choice for you.

You will begin by walking/running over the pressure plate barefoot to visualise how you move naturally. The pressure plate captures your foot strike and roll-off pattern. This is illustrated as a heat map on a screen to show pressure points and highlight high impact areas.

Every shoe fits, feels and performs differently so it is important to try multiple options. You can test the shoes on the track to ensure they address your individual needs.
