  • On Sunday I took part in the Wells Festival of Running organised by Wells City Harriers which involved different race distances and a festival on the Cathedral Green organised by the Wells Rotary. There were 5k and 10k race options for adults and a 1.2k kids race as well as shorter races around the Cathedral grounds. Kinisi Run Hub were proud to be supporting the event with a pop-up shop on the Cathedral Green.

  • I won the race in 25:18 followed by David Awde (Bristol & West AC) in 26:07 and Adam Tango Holland (Tavistock AC) in 26:27. Charlotte Taylor (Bristol & West AC) ran a very strong race to finish fifth overall and first female in 26:43. Penny Guess (Southville RC) finished second in 31:11 and Alice Smith (Weston AC) finished third in 31:43.

  • I won the Street 5k March in 15:32 and was followed home by Thomas Dunford (Bristol & West AC) in 16:03 and Wayne Loveridge (Chard RR) in 16:25. The women's race was won by Phoebe Aspinall (Unattached) in 19:34 with Ruth Chadney (Poole Runners) second in 19:58 and Louise Ashford (Unattached) third in 20:18.
