On Tuesday the 3rd June we hosted the Bristol Junior Chamber at Kinisi Run Hub for the Bristol Junior Chamber Monthly Speaker event. This is held on the first Tuesday of every month to hear from a different speaker about their life and an opportunity for BJC members to network.

It was an honour to be selected as the Bristol Junior Chamber Monthly Speaker when looking at some of the previous speakers that have been chosen. It started with a talk delivered by myself (Jamie) detailing my journey through running to coaching to founding Kinisi Run Hub.

I outlined the highs and lows of opening and running your own independent business and turning a dream into reality. Following this we opened up the floor to a Q&A and then ended the event with a short run around Bedminster!
