You book a 30 minute appointment ensuring we have plenty of time to get to know you, analyse your movement style (running gait) and trial a selection of shoes that will help you enjoy your best run. This is our innovative spin on the classic gait analysis!

You will begin by walking/running over the pressure plate barefoot to visualise how you move naturally. The pressure plate captures your gait which includes foot strike, roll-through and take-off. This is illustrated as a heat map on a screen to show pressure points and highlight high impact areas.
