Local Running Clubs
There are many great local running clubs in Bristol and the surrounding area. As more people are starting to run the number of run groups keeps growing.
The sport has evolved from traditional athletics clubs where the focus is more competitive and performance-based to a variety of groups and types of running on offer. From trail running groups to more social groups that get a beer or coffee together after the run there is something for everyone!

Why run in a group?
Running on your own can be a great mental release and opportunity to switch off, think things through and clear your mind. But running with a group is a great chance to meet like-minded people, socialise and even increase motivation!
