On Tuesday the 27th May we took a New Balance demo to Clevedon Athletic Club and joined them for their group intervals session at the grass track in Clevedon!

A thank you also to Clevedon AC for letting us join in their group training session. This a great club and anyone in the North Somerset area looking for a more structured training session on a Tuesday evening then this club is a great option!
We demoed the New Balance shoes in a group warm up, structured interval session and cool down. The session consisted of 1 mile at 5k pace followed by a 4 minute recovery and then two sets of 4 x 300m at a touch quicker than 5k pace with 100m jog recovery and 2 minutes recovery between sets.

There were four shoes on offer for us to test at our New Balance demo session with Clevedon AC on Tuesday evening: the 860v14, 880v15, 1080v14 and Rebel v4.
