On Friday the 9th May we had a shakeout run with Craft and Brooks ahead of the Bristol Half Marathon & 10k on Sunday. Everyone who joined us got a free Craft t-shirt and a trial pair of either Brooks Glycerin 22 or Glycerin GTS 22 to demo an easy social group 5k run!

Following a sunny group run around harbourside we returned to the shop to start carb loading ahead of Sunday with free Clear Head alcohol-free beer from Bristol Beer Factory down the road and free pizza from our neighbours across the road at Can Can Pizza.
