This moderate strength electrolyte drink is designed to help you stay hydrated when sweating. PF&H tablets come in different strengths to match how you sweat. The 500 strength is formulated for athletes with low-to-moderate sweat/sodium losses. The hypotonic formula allows faster absorption during physical activity and delivers 500mg sodium per litre. 

Dissolve 1 tablet in 500ml of water and drink to thirst when sweating.
