These sodium and potassium supplement capsules are the perfect solution for hitting sodium targets by keeping electrolyte stores topped up particularly during events that rely on water from feed station. Each blister-packed capsule contains 250mg of sodium which makes them stronger than most electrolyte capsules. The capsules help enhance the absorption of water during physical activity and are specially formulated to aid fluid absorption while being easy on the stomach. 

Aim for 1-3 capsules for every ~500ml of water consumed during moderately intense exercise lasting more than 90 minutes.
