The UP Ultimate Plantar Fascia Sock is used to improve the healing process for plantar fascia injuries. It is a comfortable knee-length sock with an adjustable strap that holds the foot in a dorsiflexed position (toes pointed up). The strap is adjustable to provide a gentle lift to the toe-end of the foot to gently stretch the plantar fascia. It is recommended for night-time wear to help relieve the symptoms of plantar fasciitis. 

When stretched for a sustained period (overnight) the tissues in the plantar fascia will repair and heal in a better position. This reduces the symptoms of plantar fasciitis and related heel pain.
