On Wednesday, we headed to AEK-BOCO Football Club for a special sports bra fitting event, helping athletes find the right support and fit for their training. Chris from Give Yourself 30 (GY30) helped us set up this event and it was great to link up with him for another fun event!

A sports bra is one of the most important pieces of kit for any active woman, but it's also something that's often overlooked. Just like your shoes, the right sports bra can make a huge difference to how comfortable and confident you feel when you're exercising.
