NNormal developed the second generation around three key principles: built stronger, to run longer and with more cushioning.
The Tomir 2.0 features an EExpure foam midsole, an improved rocker and wider base for smoother transitions and greater stability, alongside a durable upper and a Vibram® Megagrip outsole with Litebase and Traction Lug technologies.

- EExpure Midsole: The Tomir 2.0 uses NNormal's EExpure foam, a supercritical foam compound developed specifically for trail running. The updated foam provides increased cushioning while reducing weight, helping create a responsive and energetic ride that feels comfortable over longer outings.
- Improved Geometry for Longer Runs: NNormal has refined the geometry to create a smoother transition through the gait cycle while reducing impact. The base of the shoe has also been widened to provide a greater contact area with the ground, improving stability and confidence when the terrain becomes more challenging.
- Vibram® Megagrip Outsole: Underneath the Tomir 2.0 is a Vibram® Megagrip outsole, providing dependable traction across a wide range of surfaces.
- Durable, Breathable Upper: NNormal has also stitched the upper directly to the midsole using 360° nylon thread, adding strength and durability to the overall construction. Anti-slip laces help provide a secure fit throughout your run.
